Sleep can make a massive difference to how you feel. Sounds like a huge amount of sleep but try setting a time to go to bed tonight to give you 9 full hours of sleep. Here’s a  plan how to make it happen.

  • Set an alarm for when you need to get up
  • Work back from there to give yourself 9 hours in bed
  • Set that as your ‘lights out’ time tonight and get to bed on time
  • When your alarm goes off, try to get out of bed right away (easier said than done right).
