Try writing down 4 things you need to do in the next few days.

  1. Rank them – what absolutely must be done, and what can wait? Which will be more enjoyable, and which will be hard work?
  2. First look for something that feels easy. Do a few of these small tasks, and tick them off along the way – that feels satisfying!
  3. Check off the list till it’s finished.
  4. How about you reward yourself along the way – after all you’ve earned it.

Give it a shot, not only will you get things done but having a sense of mastery in your life feels good too.
