Sometimes it feels like you have a million things to do. By putting a list down on paper, it’ll help narrow it down to what you really need to do.
Try writing down 4 things you need to do in the next few days.
- Rank them – what absolutely must be done, and what can wait? Which will be more enjoyable, and which will be hard work?
- First look for something that feels easy. Do a few of these small tasks, and tick them off along the way – that feels satisfying!
- Check off the list till it’s finished.
- How about you reward yourself along the way – after all you’ve earned it.
Give it a shot, not only will you get things done but having a sense of mastery in your life feels good too.
