Hanging with a mate and whānau is important if you’re feeling low.  The best thing you can do is stay in touch - it can help you get out of your head and remind you that things aren’t as bad as they seem. And if you’re not really up to having a korero, you can do something where you don’t have to talk, like watching a movie or going to a gig.
