If you’re feeling overwhelmed it’s really important to share how you’re feeling with someone you trust. Friends, whānau, siblings, or parents are often a good start.

But you might also try talking to someone who isn’t involved in your immediate day-to-day life - it could make it easier to share what’s going on. Maybe a cousin, auntie, coach, teacher, school counsellor, pastor or even a health professional could do the trick.
